- Orders above ₹999: free shipping anywhere in India.
- Orders below ₹999: flat ₹70 shipping fee.
- International shipping: not available yet. Sorry, NRIs — we're working on it.
Delivery time
We roll, roast and pack on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders are dispatched the next working day.
- Metros (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Remote pin codes: up to 10 business days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp the moment your khakra leaves our kitchen.
Returns & replacements
Khakra, like good gossip, doesn't travel well twice — we don't accept returns of opened packs for hygiene reasons. But if your order arrives damaged, stale, or incorrect, we'll send a free replacement, no questions asked.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, the dough is already on the tava and we can't undo it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
